The chamber will work to be the business advocate for the lgbt busuiness community in all of wisconsin

Chambers of Commerce & Business Leagues

During 2017, the wi lgbt chamber accomplished its goal to create a more inclusive business community by expanding its reach. The chamber added addtional business summits in appleton and madison, wi, to provide educational programming to its members. The chamber also established a committee to increase the number of lgbe certified businesses in wi and worked to make sure that they were included in the corporate groups. The chamber also launched new events in green bay, wi to be more engaged in northeastern wisconsin. The chamber continued it newsletter and expanded from monthly to weekly to ensure relevant information was provided to members. The chamber received two awards from the national lgbt chamber in 2017-the excellence in programming and the excellence in community impact awards. The organization has more than 500 members.
