To educate the public, elected officials and regulators on the societal and economic benefits of the responsible investment in, expansion of, transportation facilities, renewable and traditional engergy projects, mining and other infrastructure projects and to promote governmental policies that support such infrastructre investment and expansion.

The organization promoted and supported the investment in transportation, engergy and infrastructure in the state of wisconsin.
