Afhc exists to improve the lives and well-being of vulnerable adults through the support of adult family homes. Afhc represents thousands of homes in neighborhoods & communities throughout washington, caring for nearly 20,000 seniors and adults with disabilities.

Members receive access to information from newsletters and through the afhc's website which provides the latest developments in the industry, including safety and regulatory issues. afhc coordinates and sponsors conferences during the year which allows members to receive additional training and to network with one another.
