Leadership Development

Leaders from across all sectors participated in a 22 day program to learn new processes of collaborative leadership. They joined the alf network of over 460 senior fellows who are committed to positive change in the community. the alf network of over 460 senior fellows (graduates of the program) who are committed to further effect positive change in tacoma and pierce county.
