The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and literary purposes and, to a secondary extent, for religious and scientific purposes, within the meaning of code section 501(c)(3) including support of the development of artists, composers and creative writers, and as a forum for artistic presentations to the community, in a broad range of creative arts, as well as support of other organizations organized and operating exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, scientific or literary purposes.
