Produces materials to inform potential members about the benefits of the al-anon program, including public service announcements broadcast on tv and radio throughout the u. S. And canada and to instill confidence in professionals referring their clients to the program, including "al-anon faces alcoholism," an annual magazine for doctors, counsellors and clergy. Conducts membership surveys to gather statistics regarding the success of the program.
