Able solutions provided work training for 87 persons with barriers to employment, including but not limited to persons with disabilities. Supervisors provide on-the-job training in the areas of attendance, proper workplace behavior, and communication. Asi helps persons with barriers create work histories as well as improve their skills all while earning a paycheck.
