Mission

The workforce fairness institute promotes the common business interests of its members relating to their workforces and the workforces of trade association members by educating employers, employees, and citizens about public policy issues that may affect the workplace and encouraging grassroots actions when appropriate.

Grassroots activity: wfi's primary activity is conducting grassroots activities to educate the public about the effects of the pending legislation and possible decisions of the nlrb pertaining to workplaces and decision-making by workforces and proposed appointments to agencies overseeing workplace issues, and to encourage members of the public to contact their congresspersons about such legislation and appointments. Wfi has established a website that encourages users to contact their congresspersons and share their stories about their experiences with abuses of fair and democratic workforce practices. earned media activity.
