The organization provides self-confidence, self-discipline, and life skills/self-help training to women in utah, targeting women in need. Self-confidence and self-discipline are reinforced through training and education in sports, particularly football but potentially others, and the organization's clients particpate on the utah falconz professional women's football team, which is operated by the organization. The organization also provided life skills/self-help education and training to its clients, including the areas of financial literacy and dietary health. One hundred percent of the organization's time is dedicated to teaching these sorts of self-confidence, self-discipline, and life skills/self-help methods. Activities take place mainly in the salt lake city, utah area, but the competitive football team does travel thorughout the country to particpate in games.
