Inform members of legal codes

Disseminate legislative rulings and inform members, regulate collection practices, prescribe ethics and enforce conduct among members. Disseminate, publish and mail collection information via newsletters to approximately 200 members four times a year and publish a brochure on texas law and third party collection.
