The trust was created to receive and maintain a permanent fund or funds of money and property real, personal or mixed, to be administered as an endowment fund for the production of income for the benefit of all saints episcopal school of lubbock, inc.

The trust was organized to support all saints episcopal school. During the year ended may 31, 2018, the trust transferred $27,400 to the school.
