The organization's mission is to provide frail elders a quality of life that ensures a home in the community, comprehensive care, dignity and choices in a nurturing environment.

The organization provides comprehensive health care that is tailored to the needs of the frail elderly to allow them to continue living in their own home in the community. All health and health-related services are provided, including inpatient and outpatient medical care, specialty services and supportive services with emphasis on preventive care. As of septemeber 30, 2017 the number of persons benefiting under organization's pace program was aproximately 920.
