Amarillo senior citizens association's mission is to help senior citizens maintain independence, wellness, and quality of life through programs and services that meet their present and future needs.

Senior aid program - provides jobs to poverty level persons over 55 years of age in many segments of the communities, in the top 48 counties in the texas panhandle and west texas region. Federal funding for the senior aide program is provided from the u. S. Department of labor. snack bar and cafeteria - provides food services for senior citizens. general program services - provides various other programs throughout the year, including social activities for senior citizens.
