To provide an organized means for persons engaged in the glass and glazing industry to meet and exchange ideas relative to the industry and its problems, as well as to promote high ethical standards amoung contractors in the conduct of their buseness.

The asociation, in cooperation with local 252 glaziers, is developing a no-tolerance substance abuse program which applies to both union and management personnel. The association also has been involved in the development of a new training center for apprentices and aggressive marketing of member services.
