The mission of Angel Flight East is to provide free air transportation to qualified patients & their families by arranging flights to distant medical facilities, delivering supplies to disaster areas and reuniting families during desperate times.

Angel flight east pilots flew over 52,000 miles, and spent over 800 hours in the air flying patients from 20 different states to 40 different specialized medical facilities. In addition to flying medical missions, afe pilots provided compassion flights for a variety of humanitarian purposes. Compassion flights encompass needs such as families with a loved one on hospice care; veterans in need of transportation; parents returning home after the loss of a child .
