Secure and expand personal, professional, legal, and human rights for approximately 350 teacher/members of the woodburn education district. support personnel policies and standards of teacher preparation and certification as to promote instructional excellence. bargain with the school district 103 board for professional salaries, fringe benefits, working conditions, and instructional improvements to achieve a fair and equitable contract. enable members to speak with a common voice on matters pertaining to teachers and to present their individual and common interests before the board of education, other legal authorities, and to the public.
