Lunches and meetings are held monthly to educate and provide networking opportunites to the members. All of the more than 186 members are able to attend "the gathering" is held each year. It is a 3-day conference which provides speakers for extended educational and networking services to enhance economical development in oklahoma indian country. All of the approximate 186 members are able to attend, and appproximately 175 attended in 2017. During this conference, an annual banquet is organized each year to recognize companies and individuals that have given time to the chamber to guide the operations. leadership native oklahoma, ("lno") is a course that includes monthly sessions and team building workshops and indianpreneurship classes to facilitate the improvement of oklahoma's future by encouraging, installing and facilitating a support network of leaders with a tribal perspective in mind.
