Coordinate flax facts brochures for distribution at trade shows, health seminars and nd extension services; showcase health and economic benefits of eating flaxseed and products made with flaxseed; maintain a website promoting flaxseed with recipes; attend food industry trade shows; and promote flaxseed for livestock at three major ag/cattleman expos. Work with producers and other flax organizations to promote flaxseed. support for ndsu research projects: flax fiber study, flax genomic selection, and integration of flax fibers. Support for greenhouse study through ndsu development foundation.
