Advanced home care provided 520,000 visits to patients in their homes consisting of skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, medical social work, and home health aides. These visits took place in 14 home health branches located in 3 states (nc, va, and tn). advanced home care provided home medical equipment services to 137,000 patients in the form of 690,000 deliveries and visits. These visits and deliveries were in the service lines of durable medical equipment, pediatrics, incontinence, respiratory therapy, sleep/pap, custom rehab, specialty wound care, trach, vent, and enteral. The patients were located in 6 states (nc, va, tn, sc, ga, and wv). advanced home care mixed and dispensed drugs to patients in 5 states (nc, va, tn, sc, and ga). The mixes included the following; tpn, anti-infectives, pain management, chemo, and steroid/hydration.
