Home for the rehabilitation of chemically dependent men. This home has a capacity of 15 beds. assertive community treatment team (actt) program: an act team consists of a community based group of medical, behavioral health and rehabilitation professionals who use a team approach to meet the needs of an individual with severe and persistant mental illness. This program has a capacity of 50 clients, and approximately 60 were served over the fiscal year. adult day program: organized services provided in a community group setting to promote social, physical, and emotional well being. This program served approximately 40 clients over the course of the year. services for the mentally ill and chemically dependent including substance abuse intensive outpatient programs, medication management, and supervised living programs.
