Zagny is incorporated under not-for-profit corporation laws of the state of new york, exclusively for religious and charitable purposes. It principal goals are:to promote the study, understanding and practice of the zarathushti faith & the welfare of zarathushtis of tri-state.

During the year zagny organized monthly religious classes and prayer meeting for its congregation. Organized religious functions to celebrate high-holidays and new year. Participated in the activities of federation of zoroastrian association of north america. Participated in inter-faith acivities in tri-state area. Provided scholarship to young zarathushtis of tri-state area.
