To promote irish culture and civilization

Purpose of the organization is to promote irish culture and foster and perpetuate the history and traditions of the irish people. All grants and allocations serve this purpose. There are over 40,000 members. members of the organization receive the bi-monthly newspaper "the national hibernian digest" as one of the membership benefits.
