A grant funded center for Displaced Homemakers - A displaced homemaker is a women who is separated, divorced, widowed and those with disabled spouses. Our Goal: Helping Women through major transitions. Our Mission: The Women?s Opportunity Center is committed to help women gain economic self-sufficiency through education, job readiness, networking, ourtreach, referrals and emotional support. The Center promotes awareness of women?s rights and issues through pubic advocacy.
