The purpose of this organization shall be to render service to winona health, winona minnesota, and its patients and to assist in promoting the health and welfare of the community in accordance with objectives established by winona health.

Carry out the mission of winona health, raise funds for hospital equipment, provide comfort & well being to patients & residents of winona health, and to provide healthcare scholarships.
