The purpose of ada historical society shall be to promote the understanding and appreciation of the historical and cultural heritage of ada township and the surrounding areas. To encourage historical study and research to collect, preserve, interpret, and exhibit historical and cultural objects, artifacts and sites used, made or owned in ada township and surrounding areas
