Worcester community housing resources' mission is to help create and preserve affordable housing and to initiate and support neighborhood revitalization in the greater worcester area. Since 1994 we have proven ourselves to be a successful organization that meets its mission by development of our own projects and utilizing our loan fund to help meet the financial needs of other affordable housing developers. Our services are targeted to low and moderate income individuals in the great worcester area.
