The purpose is to provide young people with the opportunity to afford a quality education, promote awareness of melanoma cancer and contribute to research and development of cures of all types of cancers. Any and all funds raised through the efforts of the corporation shall be donated to organizations that promote these goals and are deemed tax exempt under federal revenue code 501(c)3.

The andrew c. Marsh memorial fund was established to honor andrew and promote his ideals & wishes. Andrew died after a 2+ year battle with melanoma cancer. Through the fund, andrew's mission will be carried on by supporting scholarships to the schools that andrew attended, namely cheverus high school, boston college and the roger williams university school of law. Andrew also wished that we promote melanoma cancer awareness and research organizations. Finally, we wish to help support families that have been diagnosed with cancer by promoting family activities such as retreats, so that the friends & family of a cancer patient can have a place to gather and enjoy a weekend together. Fundraisers to date include a bc vs nd football party and annual golf tournaments held each year in august.
