Women's energy network - national's mission is to attract more women into energy through outreach programs through growth in chapters and related membership. We will retain and develop women in energy by fostering relationships, developing leadership competencies and industry insight through strategic partnerships with companies, educational institutions, and other organizations.

Membership: the women's energy network - national chapter was formed in 2016 with the purpose of fostering the growth and support of chapters that advance women in the energy industry by developing a strong network. After years of being the sole woman involved in energy transactions, women's energy network founder believed that many women energy professionals were in the same position, but unable to connect with each other. By 2016, with the formation of many independent chapters, the national chapter was formed to build sustainability and scalability for future growth of the existing chapters and demand for more. Women in this industry that desire the connection and demand continues. Wen national draws a certain percent of each chapters membership dues to support them in governance, accounting and technology needs. sponsorship: the national chapter provides sponsorship opportunities for companies to support wen on behalf of the industry. These sponsorships allow for the operating and promoting awareness of the organization as a whole as well as each chapter with the awareness of the importance of women in the industry and the individual contributions they are making. Sponsorship supports luncheons, special events, webinars, education and community involvement.
