The morgan weanling gala futurity spotlights weanlings (and their sires and breeders) at the jubilee regional championship show each august in illinois. See schedule o for discussion of the transfer of this program to an unrelated, agricultural organization in february 2017. the general programs of the institute include a number of educational activities all with the purpose of fostering knowledge and appreciation of the breed. Also included are development and promotion costs for the new "morgan horse pavilion" at the kentucky horse park.
