We are indiana's largest networking group for young professionals. Hundreds of professionals from diverse fields attend our events. We promote leadership development by providing opportunities to serve the organization in leadership roles. Ypci has a volunteer board and elected officer positions.

In addition to providing an outstanding opportunity to meet ambitious young professionals, ypci events are fun and educational. Ypci hosts networking events once a month where professionals generate new business contacts, opportunities, and develop lasting business relationships. Ypci hosts various guest speakers and educational events where young professionals can learn from prominent leaders. Twice each year ypci hosts purely social events. Examples of past events include our annual gala and our annual golf outing.
