Ale cares' mission is two-fold: to directly assist families who are uninsured or underinsured, and to raise consumer awareness of the importance of properly insuring residential properties.

Ale cares' volunteers have been on-site at shelters providing water and food to disaster survivors. They also have offered furniture and housewares to families placed in rental units, and additional night stays at hotels for the underinsured.
