Three instances that an individual may receive disbursements:1. An individual (singer) wins a contest and is awarded an all expense paid trip to an opera seminar (sometimes in italy). 2. Runners up in the same contest receive financial assistance to apply towards voice study. 3. The board of directors determines that a particular singer(s), student, is especially gifted & provides the singer/student with financial assistance.

Seminars and miscellaneous expenses for travel to enable recipients to to attend concerts & seminars. Other awards and service costs for runner up contestants.
