Aimr is the premier national trade association where rep professionals come to succeed in the plumbing, hvac/r, kitchen and bath, water works, irrigation and related industries.

Foster and promote the use of independent sales reps in the plumbing-heating-cooling-piping industry; establishment of educational programs to enhance the efficiency of the service rendered by its members to the industry it serves; formulate and maintain standards of practice for the guidance of its members in their relationships with each other, with the industry at large and with the end user.
