Albany area primary health care provides a full complement of comprehensive primary health care services across the life cycles. Significant effort is made to reach low income, uninsured, under insured, and vulnerable populations as well as medicaid and medicare patients. During fy 2017, the organization had 144,230 clinic encounters. albany area primary health care operates two ryan white part c service delivery locations in southwest georgia (albany and thomasville) providing hiv early intervention and primary care services. Services include case management, counseling, testing, partner counseling, laboratory services, pharmacy assistance, eligibility assistance, housing assistance, food assistance, oral health care, mental health care, health education, nutritional counseling, permanency planning, transportation services, and comprehensive outreach. During fy 2017, the organization had 4,418 encounters of this type.
