The american college of civil trial mediators is a non-profit organization of professionals distinguished by their experience, skill, ethical standards, and professional commitment to mediation, conflict management, and alternative dispute resolution. The members are dedicated to improving ethical and professional standards of mediation practice, fostering the growth of alternative dispute resolution systems, conducting advanced alternative dispute resolution educational programs and research, authoring publications, lecturing, and recognizing individuals, organizations, and institutions making significant contributions to alternative dispute resolution.
