The bureau is a nonprofit corporation organized for the purpose of providing a vehicle through which the business community in northern colorado and southern wyoming can manifest its concern for sound consumer relations. Additionally, it provides a forum for local businesses to express comments or concerns regarding matters of business and consumer policy. The bureau provides educational material which keeps consumers informed and also administers a program offering legally binding arbitration as a last resort to resolve buyer-seller disputes.
