The house board is a volunteer group that supports the undergraduate chapter of the phi delta chi fraternity at the university of the pacific by;a) negotiating all matters related to the leasing of property at the university of the pacific;b) providing oversight of the house project account;c) providing direction and collaborating with the university on facility improvements;d) providing guidelines to the undergraduate chapter on maintaining the fraternity house and its belongings.

The organization successfully carried out its primary exempt purpose thoughout the current fiscal year.
