Fund community charities

Affordable living choices trust does not engage in primary programming. It funds grants to already existing 501(c)(3) non profits. The major recipients are the american friends of beit hatfutsot, chabad of california, fuente latina, jewish federation of ventura, junior diabetes research foundation and scripps health foundation. Each of these organizations engages in charitable activities ranging from medical research to helping senior citizens and young children, providing museum activities, drug rehabilation and breaking down language barriers. All are registered with the irs
