To assist an alcoholic or non-alcoholic person in gathering information regarding the al-anon program and how it works

To provide an office staffed by volunteers to answer inquireies concerning the alcoholic problem and explain the purpose and functions of the al-anon program to individuals and distribute informative literature concerning such program; to acquint the public with the al-anon program to enable people confronted by the alcoholic problem of a relative or close friend to assist them in recongnizing the problem and to enable them to copy with and understand the problem. The organiactions purpose is to act as a service board for the various individual al-anon groups located in orange county and, as such, will be fully self-supporting from contributions received from such groups.
