The ywca of san gabriel valleys senior services program provides nutrition services, case management and multiple supportive services programs throughout the greater san gabriel valley and antelope valley regions. Meal programs for seniors aged 60 or more are offered in 35 dining locations and home delivered meals are available to the homebound seniors aged 60 or more. Case management services for seniors and telephone reassurance for homebound seniors are also offered. See schedule o for further details. the ywca san gabriel valleys wings domestic violence and prevention services program, provides counseling and support services for individuals and families affected by domestic violence. Services include: emergency shelter, emergency food and clothing, individual and group counseling, transportation, assistance in navigating social services, access to health care and legal assistance and resources /referral services. The program provided the following services during the 7/1/16 to 6/30/17 year. See schedule o for further details. the ywca of san gabriel valleys healthy communities initiative offers community-based prevention services to local agencies and communities focused on improving health, wellness, and safety. Health in this context is used broadly to include physical, emotional, social, financial, among other dimensions. Services have included conducting needs assessments, community outreach and education, and the development of regional strategic plans to address community needs and improve health.
