The organization's mission is to provide affordable housing to the local community

The organization serves as a general partner for three limited partnerships that own and operate affordable housing for the benefit of 360 low-income persons; as limited partner for two limited partnerships that own and operate affordable housing for the benefit of 169 low-income persons; and three partnerships that are in development; and as sole member of an llc that is the general partner of four partnerships that own and operate affordable housing for the benefit of 379 low-income residents, and two partnerships that are in development.
