50 scholarships of 750 each to members of the national guard and members of national guard association of arkansas or enlisted association of arkansas national guard and/or their dependents. contributions were made to the national guard association of arkansas and the enlisted association of the arkansas national guard for purposes of educational scholarships and professional development of both organizations' members.
