Promote and enhance our counties image through providing matching funds for local business to improve the building frontage and signage promote and support a county wide celebration and festival joining together our two local universities and the community encourage and support the efforts of the clark county literacy council and clark county family health services parks and recreation community project - cruisin in the park initiate and sustain the building of a community farmers market to support the projects of community organizations to provide funding that aligns with the clark county strategic plan promote and enhance the arkadelphia downtown area
