Yavapai county jeep posse - search & rescue unit

Working under the direction of the yavapai county sheriff's office, the posse participated in multiple official search and rescue missions. The posse also trains yearly for flood and fire evacuations, provides assistance when needed for road blocks, assists the game & fish department with oversite of the catchment systems in northern yavapau county. When called out for search missions by the yavapai county sheriff, all posse members function as special deputy sheriffs and perform valuable services to the community at no cost to the taxpayers.
