The arizona medical association foundation was formed for the purpose of receiving, holding, administering and expending property and funds for charitable, scientific, literary and/or educational purposes.

Supported the charitable purposes of the arizona medical association by providing loans to medical students, interns, and resident physicians and providing funding for educational programs put on by the arizona medical association.
