To assist arresting and retired officers of the department of public safety to provide better police services to the people of alabama and to promote a higher degree of professionalism and morale within the department.

To advance the principals of proper law enforcement to protect the community and rights of all citizens of alabama; to support the continuing betterment of criminal and civil justice to the state of alabama; to actively support legislation that improves law enforcement and to provide information regarding legislation that relates thereto or affects our members.
