The conference continues to reinforce existing cooperative labor-management relations in alabama and to promote a better understanding of labor relations through their annual conference.

The 2015 conference was attended by 185 delegates and 147 spouses and guests. The total number of persons benefitted is not determinable since the participants return to their respective employers and labor organizations and disseminate much of the information which they have acquired through the conference.
