The organization is operated exclusively for educational purposes. Its specific purpose is to educate, preserve, improve, promote, and demonstrate and develop the general public's interest and knowledge in the conservation of natural resources and animal habitat. It also promotes the education of safe and law abiding hunters and provides a facility for them to practice and further their knowledge and skills.

The organization provides a hunter safety program for youth. Hunter safety costs are included as part of the youth trap league. provide and maintain safe shooting facilities and to educate and promote safe shooting and hunting habits. Approximatly 160 people used the facilities. This was accomplished by sponsoring a youth trap league for 50 youth, and archery and trap shooting leagues for adults. convert open land to wildlife habitat by planting grasses, trees and food plots. This is in line with the organizations exempt purpose, to conserve natural resources and animal habitat. donations made to various organizations to further the mission of awareness of this organization.
