In fall 2017 season, yorktown fc had 16 youth teams, including 241 players, compete in 128 games in the virginia soccer league and in 33 total tournaments. We had 16 licensed coaches volunteer their time to youth soccer education. Membership dues covered the costs incurred for fields/ lights/ league fees/ tournaments. in spring 2018 season, yorktown fc had 9 youth teams, including 133 players, compete in 72 games in the virginia soccer league and in 11 total tournaments. We had 9 licensed coaches volunteer their time to youth soccer education. Membership dues covered the costs incurred for fields/ lights/ league fees/ tournaments. in fall 2017 and spring 2018, yorktown fc had 19 players in the u9 academy program learning soccer fundamentals. Membership dues covered the costs incurred for fields/ lights/ tournaments.
