The royals organization shall be exclusively for charitable purposes, including such purposes as operating a summer collegiate baseball team and making distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt orginizations under the internal revenue code.

Foster and promote youth baseball & softball, good sportsmanship, family entertainment, and civic responsibility. establish and operate clinics and day camps for boys and girls, emphasizing sportsmanship and fair play, and provide opportunities for players to advance their skills. operate a non profit summer collegiate wooden bat team, playing in the valley baseball league, consistent with ncaa rules. All players must be active college baseball players, enrolled in college, with ncaa eligibility remaining.
